About Becky
Becky Reesor is a Canadian classical-crossover pianist known for her colourful, soulful sound laced with folk, jazz, and electronic influences. Her music ignites the senses—tunes you to your body, soul, and psyche.
Noted for her immersive concert experiences, Becky is currently touring Stop the Clock (2023)—a transformative nature-journey. Her next collection, Felt, not said (2026), will dig into the gut of human experience.
Her performances have taken her across Canada, Scotland and Mexico with solo and collaborative stages highlights including the Hudson Music Festival, Axé Worldfest, Conrad Grebel University College, the Iona Abbey and Montreal’s Oasis Musicale Concert Series.
Study with Becky
Becky's second great love is music education.
Over the years, her work with leading experts has shaped not only her ability to translate music into emotion and energy—but also her understanding of healthy, sustainable technique and movement in the body.
In 2019, Becky launched an online piano studio that now welcomes an international community of students across a wide range of styles and skill levels. By helping students speak music as a language—not just play the notes—she’s guided young performers to award-winning success and supported amateurs and professionals alike in expressing themselves through the piano.
Becky is examiner & adjudicator with the Canadian National Conservatory of Music and leads workshops on improvisation & pianist wellness that support vibrant, healthy music-making communities.
